Less Lipstick, More Green

So I've not written here for aaaages because I was, quite simply, bored of make-up.  I didn't have time for  careful application, taking photos or the write-up. Partly because I've been very busy with my daughter, but partly because I've had much better things to do. Other passions took over.

I'm still vaguely interested in eco make-up and make-up in general, but the energy I had for it has dissipated. I've been busy crafting, painting, learning. Other things that didn't fit with my intention for this blog. So writing stopped. But I still have an interest in the blog, I was amazed to come back and find that I've still had lots of page views. So I thought, perhaps it's not blogging that's come to an end for me. Perhaps it's just a blog with a very narrow focus. To write here at all I need to feel that I'm not too confined.

So, the blog topic is being thrown open. Green can allude to many things: natural, offbeat, new, organic, health, the life of an Earthling on a living planet, the ideal of the Good Life. And I'm going to declare that Lipstick stands for just generally beautifying life in some way. There. Bigger niche, happier blogger.
